The Legal Profession Assistance Conference (LPAC) – www.lpac.ca - has teamed up with LawPRO- www.lawpro.ca - to offer the interactive internet Stress Coach in the Getting Stress Hardy program. There are 23 free modules on topics ranging from communication and time management to lawyer/client relationship skills. LPAC also offers 25 courses in the Health, Wellness and Recovery Education Series on Women’s Health Issues, Suicide Awareness, Cancer & Recovery, Compulsive Gambling and many more. The Law Society of Upper Canada – www.lsuc.on.ca – has an extensive list of member services (top of the home page) for practical practice management resources. There is lots of easy to access, free help available to help you with your personal continuing education in life.
